FAQs

  • For any scrape, cut, abrasion, sting, bite, burn, rash, or bruising.

We have noticed great success with the salve on psoriasis, eczema, acne, and various skin eruptions.

It can be a powerful, more aligned alternative to things like Neosporin, topical steroid creams, or other pharmaceutical compounds that can have side effects or may operate by suppressing symptoms instead of supporting the body to ameliorate the health distortion or infection.

We have seen a tremendously positive impact on rashes that many get from the use of statins and other pharmaceutical drugs that can cause skin issues as a side effect.

The salve can also be used on surgical scars, stretch marks, stiches, and as a tattoo aftercare.

  • Please be sure the site is cleaned and prepped properly.

Washing the affected area before applying will remove dirt, bacteria, and any residual oils that may block absorption.

    1. Use a mild soap and lukewarm water for gentle cleansing.

    2. Pat the area dry with a clean towel before applying the salve.

    3. For deep wounds or infections, consider using an antiseptic rinse beforehand to further reduce the risk of contamination.

This specific salve is not recommended for use on an active bleeding wound. The bleeding must be stopped before applying.

If the wound requires a bandage, we recommend placing the salve directly on a bandage before placing on the skin. If you rub the salve over the affected area with the intention of covering, the adhesive likely won’t stick anywhere where the salve has made contact with the skin.

You can use the salve without a bandage for wounds or injuries that do not required to be covered. Rub gently and in a circular motion to promote healthy blood flow/circulation.

For minor bacterial infections or fungal infections (like impetigo etc.) apply generously to affected area with clean hands, being very cautious not to cross-contaminate. Use a small spoon, scoop, knife, or other kind of device to apply the salve onto your clean hands (or wear gloves).

Always test a small amount on your skin before use to make sure your body responds well to it.

Herbal salves work best when given time to penetrate the skin and form a protective barrier.

Avoid rubbing it off. Allow it to settle for a few minutes before covering the area with clothing.
